Horizon Bank Renovating Branch for Better Customer Experience
Auburn, Indiana – Horizon Bank is thrilled to announce the planned extensive remodel of their Auburn branch located at 212 West 7th Street. This renovation represents a significant investment in the DeKalb County community, aiming to enhance the banking experience with modern design elements and improved customer amenities.
The Auburn branch will be closed for a few weeks in July during the renovation to ensure a comprehensive transformation. Since Horizon Bank’s merger of Peoples Federal Savings Bank in 2015, the Auburn branch has been a vital part of the local community. This remodel reflects Horizon Bank’s dedication to going beyond traditional banking to meet the evolving needs of its customers.
Key improvements include the installation of advanced teller kiosks that will streamline transactions, offering customers a faster and more efficient banking experience, a redesigned comfortable and inviting waiting room, dedicated office spaces for private consultations, and improved lighting throughout the branch which will create a brighter and more welcoming atmosphere. These upgrades are designed to create a welcoming and efficient environment, making banking more convenient and enjoyable for all customers. In addition, we’ll be offering drive up video banking extending banking hours for many routine banking transactions, Monday – Saturday 8AM – 8PM.
