Horizon Bank Welcomes Dmitry Kondratyev as Vice President Senior Commercial Loan Officer

Michigan City, IN – Mark Koszyk, Horizon Bank’s Vice President, Group Commercial Lending Manager is pleased to announce Dmitry Kondratyev as Vice President, Senior Commercial Loan Officer.

With an impressive career spanning over twenty-five years in the banking industry, Kondratyev has excelled in various credit and commercial loan production positions in regional and community banks. His deep understanding of financial services and proven track record of delivering exceptional results make him a valuable addition to our team. In his new role at Horizon, Kondratyev will originate commercial loans, deposits and provide advice on treasury management, wealth, and private banking products.  

Kondratyev received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan, and later earned his MBA in Finance from Oakland University. Beyond his professional commitments, Kondratyev has actively contributed to his community. He has previously served as an Executive Board Member of the International Coach Federation – Michigan Chapter, and as a Chairperson of the Leadership Enrichment Council of the Troy Chamber of Commerce. This year Kondratyev will serve on MBA’s Grassroots Advocacy and Commercial Lending committees.
