Retail Office Manager - Ferndale Office

This position will provide effective leadership, direction and administration to a Retail Banking office. The position is also accountable for growing a profitable business, ensuring employee development and effectiveness, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or approved equivalent, proficient with MS Office products including Word, Excel and applicable database applications, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work well under pressure, ability to determine customers’ needs and successfully promote and deliver Bank products and services while providing exceptional customer service, proven ability to generate business via community involvement and networking, strong public relations skills, strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers and all levels of employees, strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to attract/recruit, train, coach, and develop high performing team members with an emphasis on career pathing and succession planning, three years proven management experience preferred, minimum four years experience in financial services industry preferred, consumer, commercial lending and credit knowledge through experience and results, and knowledge and understanding of business deposit products.

Customer Service Representative - Whatcom County

The following Customer Service Representative positions are available in Whatcom Co.: Meridian - 22 hours/wk.; Barkley - 32 hours/wk.

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in promoting and delivering Bank services and products, assisting clients with routine transactions related to maintenance of existing accounts, processing all transactions with accuracy and handling currency precisely, including merchant transactions.

Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or approved equivalent, be able to determine customers needs and successfully promote and deliver Bank products and services, ability to provide exceptional customer service, be able to communicate clearly, bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred, previous cash handling experience, the ability to utilize applicable computer programs, be able to organize time and work priorities and handle pressure situations are required.
