A. You can process your regular monthly payment using our online banking system by transferring funds from a Horizon Bank deposit account to a Horizon Bank loan account. To ensure proper posting of an unscheduled payment (anything other than your regular monthly payment), please contact our Loan Servicing Department or deliver the payment to any Horizon Bank office.

A. Yes. We are actively engaged in providing mortgage loans to our customers, and have money to lend for both purchasing and refinancing. We can finance a home through conventional, FHA, and USDA mortgage programs. Our experienced Mortgage Loan Officers know the communities we serve, and will also help clarify which programs are best suited for your home financing goals.

If you forget your password and/or are locked out of Online Banking, contact our Central Operations Department at 1.800.961.0055 or via email and we will assign you a new temporary password after properly identifying you over the phone. For your safety, do not record your Login ID or Password anywhere. If you believe your password has been stolen, contact Horizon Bank immediately.
A. Yes. IRAs and CDs can be viewed using our online banking system, however transactions are not allowed.
A. Horizon Bank does not charge fees for using a Visa® Debit Card while traveling. However, Visa® International Services assesses foreign transaction fees when the debit card is used outside of the United States. For more information about foreign transaction fees, please contact your local Horizon Bank office.
A. If you make a transfer using Horizon Bank's automated telephone system, there is no charge. When calling a Horizon Bank office to request a transfer of funds there is a $3.00 fee.
