Horizon Bank Online and Bill Pay uses 128-bit encryption to secure your online session. Enrollment for Personal and Sole Proprietor Business Customers
Existing account holders can enroll online through our web site by selecting Enroll. Simply complete the enrollment form and click "Submit." You will receive a welcome letter via US mail three to five business days after enrollment with a temporary password and instructions on how to login for the first time.

Enrollment for Business and Corporate Customers
Contact your local branch for enrollment. It is necessary to complete a Business Online Banking Enrollment Form. ACH Origination and Wire Transfer services are available for qualified businesses using Horizon Bank Online.

Bill Pay
Discover the convenience of paying bills online without writing checks or using stamps. Horizon Bank Bill Pay is quick, easy, and secure. You can make one-time payments, schedule recurring payments, and make unlimited payments all at no charge. To use the Bill Pay service, Horizon Bank requires that you be enrolled in Horizon Bank Online.
